Ingredients:
Potato-4-Small-Washed, Boiled, Peeled and Cubed
Onion-1-Small-Finely Chopped
Tomato-1-Finely Chopped
Green Chili-1-Finely Chopped
Green Coriander Leaves-For Garnishing-Finely Chopped
Oil-1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder-1/2
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Amchur (Dry Mango) Powder-1/2 tsp
Salt-To Taste
Water-1 Cup

Method:

Heat oil in a pan.



Add cumin seeds and fry till change color.



Add chopped onion to it and mix well. Fry till translucent.



Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder and mix well. Fry for 1 minute.



Add chopped tomato and green chili. Mix well. Fry for 2 minutes.



Add cubed potato and mix well.



Add salt to it and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.



Now add amchur powder and mix well.



Add 1 cup of water and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.



Switch off the flame. Transfer it to the serving bowl.



Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with poori or paratha. Enjoy!!!
