Ingredients:
  • Yogurt-1 & 1/2 Cups
  • Mango-1/2 Cup
  • Banana-1-Small
  • Apple-1-Small
  • Pomegranate-1/4 Cup
  • Cilantro-1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar-1-2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Salt-To Taste
  • Milk/Water-1/4 Cup

Recipe:

Wash mango and apple. Peel banana and mango. Cut mango, banana and apple in desired shape. Cut pomegranate in half. Pull pomegranate seeds from membrane. Wash the seeds. Clean and wash cilantro. Chop it finely.



Take yogurt in a bowl. Add milk or water. Beat it till smooth.



Add mango, banana, apple, pomegranate, cilantro, sugar, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.



Taste and add sugar or salt if required. Mix Fruit Raita is ready. Garnish with pomegranate seeds. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving. Serve with your meal. Enjoy!!!
