Ingredients:
  • Yogurt-1/2 Cup
  • Onion-1-Small
  • Green Chili-2-Small
  • Cilantro-1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice-1 & 1/2 tsp
  • Salt-To Taste
Recipe:

Peel and wash onion. Clean and wash cilantro. Wash green chilies.



Transfer onion, cilantro and green chilies in the blender. Blend to make a coarse paste.



Take yogurt in a bowl. Beat it till smooth and thick. No need to add water. This chutney should be thick in consistency.



Add onion-green chili-cilantro paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.



Yogurt Chutney is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. This chutney goes well with Biryani or Pulao. Enjoy!!!
