Ingredients:
  • Yogurt-2 & 1/2 Cups
  • Mint-1/4 Cup
  • Onion-1-Small
  • Garlic-2 Cloves
  • Lemon Juice-2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder-1 tsp
  • Salt- To Taste

Recipe:

Peel and rinse onion and garlic. Clean and wash mint leaves. Chop onion and mint leaves finely. Mince garlic.



Place yogurt in a clean muslin cloth .Tie a knot and hang the cloth to drain off liquid (whey) for approximately 15-20 minutes. The remaining yogurt is called hung yogurt.



After 15-20 minutes, open the knot of muslin cloth and transfer hung yogurt to a bowl.



Add mint, onion, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.



Taste and add salt if required. Yogurt-Mint Dip is ready. Keep in refrigerator before serving. Serve with unsalted crackers, cucumber and carrots. Enjoy!!!
