Ingredients:
  • Cilantro-1 Cup
  • Mint-1 Cup
  • Green Chili-1
  • Ginger-1" Piece
  • Lemon Juice-2-3 tsp
  • Salt-To Taste
  • Water-If Required
Recipe:

Clean and wash mint leaves.



Clean and wash cilantro leaves.



Peel ginger. Wash green chili and ginger. Transfer mint leaves, cilantro leaves, ginger, green chili, lemon juice and salt to the blender. Keep blending until pureed. Add little water if required. When perfectly smooth, taste and add more salt if required.



Cilantro-Mint Chutney is ready. Serve immediatley with any snack or keep tightly covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Enjoy!!!
