Hi Roshan,

Glad you liked it. I heard only one method to reduce chili in the curry. Make a small ball of wheat flour and water and put it in the curry for some time. Then remove and throw the ball.It will absorb excess chili. Though I never tried it. I do not know about adding sugar. Try and let me know if it reduces the quantity of chili.

Thanks for encouragement.
The chutney was delicious and not very hot. I guess coconut and tomatoes reduced the effect.You can add less chilies if you want. Use 2-3 green chilies and 1 whole red chili instead of 4 green and 2 red chilies.Try and let me know how it turns out.
